Dr Kevin Fitzgerald and Dr Delia Conlon are a husband and wife GP team practicing family healthcare in Dublin 14 since 2001.  We are committed to providing the very best of medical care in a friendly, confidential and secure environment.

We welcome new patients, both private, and holders of a medical card or Doctor visit card.

We have exciting news! We are in the process of amalgamating with Centric Health and plan to join the team in Churchtown Medical, just a short distance away on (Upper Churchtown road) in September 2026. Although there will be a bigger team in the new surgery, you can still continue to attend Dr Kevin and Dr Delia, just as usual, and will recognise many familiar faces from the Braemor Family Practice team.
